Meath Strokeplay 2018

The Meath Strokeplay was held in Trim on Sunday 10th June 2018. Meath County Board would like to congratulate Trim on the fantastic hosting of this championship. The course was in immaculate condition and they provided refreshments throughout the day. A lot of hard word was put in over the last few weeks by the Trim Club to have the course so well prepared for this Championship.

Before play commenced a minutes silence was observed in honour of Patsy Reilly (Stackallen) and Terry Collier (Laytown) who passed away during the week.

Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to all the competitors who took part in today’s championship. Finally, a big happy birthday to Bunty Connor (Navan) who celebrated his birthday with a cake after he finished playing. He is pictured with his daughter Sandra who also took part in the Meath Strokeplay.
