Kathleen Geraghty (Skryne) scores victory in National Senior Strokeplay Championship @ Cloghogue. Kathleen posted a 36 hole score of -3, fending off the challenge of 18 hole leader Bernie Sommers (Clogh)

National U-16 Matchplay Finals held in St. Stephens Co. Cork on 29th & 30th July 2017
Castletown’s Seanie Bellew won the Helen Persson Memorial Cup (National U16 Matchplay) after some fantastic play. He also displayed his composure under pressure as he held his nerve to come from two down with three to play over Ballinlough’s Iain Aherne to force a playoff. He went on to win a dramatic conclusion to the Championship Final at the second playoff hole.
