Meath County Board are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a Juvenile Scratch Cup this year.

This will take place on Saturday 8th September in Navan Pitch and Putt Club. Entries start from 10am and last card is at 1.30pm. This is a 36 hole event.

As this is an open event, all Juvenile members (boys and girls) of all clubs are welcome to participate.

We look forward to welcoming you to Navan for this event.

Castletown's Evan Carry was selected as the U-16 Ireland Captain in The International Challenge against Catalonia in Seapoint, Co. Louth on 28th August 2018.

This was a double header with both the U-16's and the Ladies representing Ireland in this challenge. Ireland were victorious with a combined score for the Ireland U-16's & Ladies on 13 points while Catalonia had a combined score of 5 points.

Evan Carry was undefeated and becomes one of only 17 Irish players to achieve a 100% record in a single International Challenge match against Catalonia.

Pictured here are the two teams after the International Challenge in Seapoint on 28th August 2018. Congratulations to both the Ladies & U-16 sides, captained by both Ger Ward & Evan Carry.

Trim Make it Two in a Row

A great night was enjoyed in Castletown for the League finals on 21st August 2018. Navan A played Navan D for the 3rd & 4th places with Navan D winning out on the night.

Trim and Royal Meath played fantastic pitch & putt but the more experienced Trim side were in command from the off winning the two doubles. There were lots of spectators from many of our clubs and afterwards all enjoyed a lovely supper.

Thank you to James and Noreen, Brendan, Gerry and all the gang. Chairman Johnny Hughes presented the prizes and congratulated all the teams for the sporting manner all games were played.

Well done Trim.
